Victoria Evelyn

Victoria Evelyn, PA-C joined Gastroenterology of the Rockies in 2024. She treats patients with a wide range of GI diseases in our Boulder Clinic—and is the newest addition to our Female Gastro Services team.

Victoria began practicing as a PA in 2014. She spent four years in an inpatient gastroenterology setting, followed by six years in the Emergency Department at a Level 1 trauma center, in Virginia.

Victoria is excited to make a return to gastroenterology.  She fell in love with the GI specialty during her time in PA school. Because of her medical experience, Victoria knows all too well the importance of outpatient management when treating chronic conditions. She follows well-established treatment protocols to help patients enjoy quicker healing time and an improved quality of life—two factors she cares about very much.

When face-to-face with patients, Victoria wants each person to feel like she sees them–and hears what they have to say.

She also supports the idea of patients taking an active role in their own treatment, because it can help them feel in control of their health. Victoria takes time to help patients understand their diagnosis so the treatment plan makes sense to them. Taking this approach fosters shared decision-making with patients – and ultimately builds trust between patients and their providers. Practicing a combination of these often leads to better patient outcomes.

Victoria received a physician assistant master’s degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, Virginia.

In her free time, Victoria enjoys the outdoors. She’s an avid runner, spends time on hiking trails and at outdoor concerts. What brought her to Colorado? The endless outdoor activities and her overall active lifestyle.
