Self-Pay Pricing

As we strive to provide the highest quality care at affordable rates, Gastroenterology of the Rockies is proud to offer our patients comprehensive self-pay pricing. This pricing is available for patients that do not have insurance, and for those who choose not to use their insurance. We include all professional fees in our pricing, including: physician, facility, anesthesiology and pathology fees. This ensures that our patients will not be surprised with undisclosed fees billed to them following their procedure.

Self-pay pricing mandatory conditions:

• Procedures must be performed at the following endoscopy centers: Boulder, Lafayette, Lakewood, Longmont, and Northglenn.
• Patients cannot submit any costs to their insurance.
• Payment is required before the procedure.

Self-pay pricing is available for:

• Patients with no insurance OR patients who choose not to use their insurance.

Self-pay pricing includes ALL FEES:

• Physician + Facility + Anesthesiology + Pathology fees

What Is MAC With Propofol?

With MAC anesthesia (Monitored Anesthesia Care), you will be put to sleep and will be unconscious. You will be able to breathe on your own without the need of a ventilator or breathing tube. Your anesthesia will be carefully monitored by a licensed CRNA throughout the procedure. After the procedure, there is a generally quick recovery, though you will still need someone to pick you up and ensure that you get home safely. You will not be allowed to drive or operate heavy machinery for the rest of the day.

What is MAC with Propofol:

• MAC is administered via an IV
• The patient is asleep/unconscious during the procedure
• The patient breathes on their own
• Monitored by a CRNA
