Cancellation / No Show Policy

As a courtesy, we make every effort to remind our patients of their upcoming office visits or procedures before the appointment date.  It is your responsibility to provide us with the appropriate advance notice if you need to cancel an office visit or procedure. Cancellations must be made three (3) business days prior to your appointment and can be made at ANY time by calling 303-604-5000. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to provide quick and efficient care to all our patients!

Office Visit Cancellation Notice Requirements

  • Office visit cancellations must be made three (3) business days prior to your appointment.
  • Failure to provide the required advance notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • You will receive an email or text message reminder for your appointment.
    Please note, this reminder requires you to confirm your appointment and check-in prior to your office visit, or your appointment may be subject to cancellation.

Procedure Cancellation Notice Requirements

  • Procedure cancellations must be made three (3) business days prior to your appointment.
  • Failure to provide the required advance notice will result in a $50 physician cancellation fee, issued by Gastroenterology of the Rockies – plus a $100 facility cancellation fee issued by the endoscopy center.
  • The Total Cancellation Fee will be $150 – this includes the physician cancellation fee and facility cancellation fees combined.
